Return Policy
This Return Policy describes the terms and conditions under which Shodrexxcrax accepts returns, exchanges, and refunds for indoor plants and related products and services purchased through our website at shodrexxcrax.ddd. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy.
General Policy
We stand behind the quality of our indoor plants and take care to ship healthy, well-packaged products. Because plants are living products, returns are subject to specific conditions. We accept returns and offer refunds or replacements when the product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, or when we have made an error in your order. We may also accept returns in other circumstances at our discretion. All return requests must be submitted within the time frame specified below and in accordance with the procedures described in this policy. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to restocking fees.
Eligibility for Returns
You may be eligible for a return or replacement if: (1) your indoor plant or product arrived damaged due to shipping or handling (e.g., broken pot, severely damaged foliage, or plant in poor condition upon arrival); (2) the product you received does not match the description or the order you placed (wrong plant, wrong size, or significant variation from what was described); (3) the product is defective (e.g., unhealthy plant that does not recover with proper care as described in our care instructions); or (4) we have made an error in fulfilling your order. To be eligible, you must contact us within the required time frame (typically within 7 to 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or in your order confirmation) and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, where requested, photographs of the product and packaging. We reserve the right to assess each case individually and to request additional information or evidence before approving a return or refund. Returns requested for reasons other than those listed above (for example, a change of mind) may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to restocking fees, return shipping costs, or other conditions. We are not obligated to accept such returns.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us using the contact form on our website, or by phone or the email address provided on our Contact page (help@shodrexxcrax.world). Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos (for example, of damaged packaging or the plant upon arrival). Our team will review your request and respond with instructions. For approved returns, we may ask you to return the product to us or we may arrange for a replacement or refund without requiring a return, depending on the nature of the issue and the product. If we ask you to return the product, you must follow our instructions regarding packaging and shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless we have determined that the issue was due to our error or a shipping defect. For damaged or incorrect items, we may provide a prepaid return label or authorize a refund or replacement without requiring the product to be sent back, at our discretion. Once we receive the returned product (if applicable), we will inspect it and process your refund or replacement within a reasonable time frame, typically within 5 to 10 business days. We will notify you once the refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
When a return is approved, we will issue a refund in the amount of the purchase price of the returned product(s), excluding original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a defective or incorrect product. In those cases, we may refund the full amount including shipping. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account. We do not refund taxes separately unless required by law. If you received a replacement product instead of a refund, no additional refund will be issued for the original product unless we determine otherwise. Partial refunds may be offered in cases where only part of an order is affected (for example, one plant in a multi-plant order is damaged). We will communicate the refund amount and method when we approve your return.
Exchanges
If you would prefer a different indoor plant or product instead of a refund, we may be able to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same eligibility criteria as returns. Please contact us with your order number and the product you would like in exchange. We will confirm availability and provide instructions. If the replacement product is of higher value, you may need to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, we may refund the difference or issue store credit, depending on our then-current policy. Exchanges may take longer to process than refunds due to shipping and inventory.
Plant Subscriptions
If you have a plant subscription with Shodrexxcrax, you may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the subscription terms provided at sign-up. Cancellation will stop future shipments; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for shipments already made. If a specific subscription shipment arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement for that shipment under the same terms as single orders, as described above. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may send a replacement plant or issue a credit or refund for that shipment. Subscription fees already paid for upcoming shipments may be refunded on a prorated basis if you cancel, depending on the terms of your plan. Please refer to your subscription confirmation or contact us for details specific to your subscription.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase. In addition, we generally cannot accept returns of plants that have been removed from their original packaging and planted or repotted, or that have been significantly altered or damaged after delivery due to customer handling or environmental factors (e.g., overwatering, insufficient light). Perishable or custom-made items may also be non-returnable. We will inform you at the time of purchase or in your order confirmation if any item is non-returnable. Shipping and Restocking
Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect shipment. We may provide a prepaid return label in such cases. Returned products must be shipped in a manner that minimizes further damage; we are not responsible for products lost or damaged in return transit if you choose an uninsured or untracked method. In some cases, we may charge a restocking fee for approved returns that are not due to our error or a defective product. Any restocking fee will be communicated to you before you complete the return. The fee may be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return or to reduce the refund amount if the product is returned in a condition that indicates misuse, significant use, or damage beyond what was reported.
International and Special Orders
Our standard return policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. For orders shipped to other countries or for special or custom orders, different terms may apply. We will communicate any applicable restrictions or procedures at the time of order. Returns for international orders may be subject to additional shipping costs, customs, and handling. Custom or made-to-order plants may be non-returnable except in cases of defect or error on our part.
